  • Experience integrating CI/CD systems with emulation, simulation, embedded hardware, or hardware-in-the-loop validation environments.
  • Familiarity with at least one machine learning framework or model format, such as ONNX, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
  • Experience using AI-assisted engineering tools, such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor, to improve development productivity.
  • Experience leading infrastructure modernization or automation initiatives across globally distributed, cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, planning, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, identify scalable solutions, and drive execution across technical and organizational boundaries.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end CI/CD strategy and automation execution for globally distributed software development teams.
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable automated build, test, release, and deployment pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and JFrog Artifactory.
  • Configure CI/CD workflows that interface with emulation, simulation, embedded hardware, and hardware-software validation platforms.
  • Define, implement, enforce, and maintain source-code branching and release strategies for complex product release cycles.
  • Develop and maintain containerized, reproducible build environments and test-runner workloads using technologies such as Podman.
  • Partner with IT to configure, secure, monitor, and maintain Linux and Windows compute servers, compute grids, and shared storage environments, including NFS and CIFS.
  • Build Grafana dashboards, metrics, and alerts to monitor pipeline health, runner performance, infrastructure utilization, and service reliability.
  • Collaborate with software, hardware, verification, validation, and infrastructure teams across North America, Europe, and Asia to modernize build and delivery capabilities.
  • Perform all activities safely and responsibly and support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
