About The Position

The Principal, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to business leaders and teams, helping translate business priorities into people strategies that drive organizational performance, talent outcomes, and teammate engagement. The role collaborates closely with business leaders, HR partners, Centers of Excellence, and People Solutions teams to deliver integrated people solutions, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and enable a high-performing and inclusive culture. We are looking for a passionate HR leader to align talent, workforce, and organizational strategies. In this role, you will provide insight-based guidance to leaders on people, organization, and capability decisions while helping them anticipate future talent and organizational needs that will contribute to the growth of the business and the team. We need a leader who will serve as a key resource for our leaders and team members by sensing, listening, and providing mentorship. We are searching for an HR change agent who thrives in ambiguity, is flexible and adaptable to change in a fast-paced organization and can demonstrate strong executive communication and presentation skills to communicate across all levels of the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, Behavioral Sciences or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
8+ years of demonstrated HR Generalist and/or HR Specialist experience.
Demonstrated ability to influence, coach, and advise senior leaders.
Strong business and financial acumen.
Experience leading organizational change and transformation initiatives.
Expertise in talent planning, organizational effectiveness, performance management, and leadership development.
Strong judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to balance enterprise priorities with evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

Translate business priorities into people plans that enable growth, organizational health, and leadership effectiveness.
Support workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and development strategies that build diverse and high-performing teams.
Partner with leaders to strengthen organizational design, team effectiveness, decision-making, and ways of working.
Help leaders navigate change and create environments that support business success.
Provide coaching and counsel to leaders on talent, performance, change leadership, and team effectiveness.
Serve as a trusted thought partner, offering insights and constructive challenge to drive stronger outcomes.
Support leaders through organizational change while fostering an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing culture.
Use employee insights and data to identify opportunities and help drive meaningful action.
Partner across HR functions, including People Solutions, Employee Relations, Talent, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and other key stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions and elevate the employee experience.
