About The Position

This role is for a Principal Business Development professional focused on International Business. The position is based in Washington, DC or Remote. Employees work a 9/80 schedule, meaning they work 9 out of every 14 days, totaling 80 hours, and have every other Friday off.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience
  • US Secret Security Clearance

Responsibilities

  • Lead international business development efforts across priority markets, customers, and strategic accounts
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities aligned with company growth objectives
  • Develop capture strategies and support complex pursuits from early positioning through proposal and award
  • Build relationships with international customers, government stakeholders, partners, and internal teams
  • Support prime contractor bids, teaming strategies, and market entry plans
  • Coordinate across business development, engineering, contracts, finance, operations, and program teams
  • Provide market insight, competitive analysis, and growth recommendations to leadership
  • Ensure pursuits align with customer needs, business strategy, and compliance requirements
