Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, preferably in health plan direct sales.
  • Deep understanding of payer business models and economics.
  • Proven ability to build relationships across various organizational levels.
  • Experience thriving in ambiguous environments and driving towards strategic outcomes.
  • Operational excellence in managing complex sales funnels and numerous tasks effectively.
  • Desire for personal growth within a feedback-oriented and autonomous environment.
  • Motivation to address access to mental healthcare as a pivotal societal issue.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and execution of new payer partnerships to enhance accessible mental healthcare.
  • Lead contract expansion initiatives to diversify coverage and reimagine the creation of mental healthcare networks.
