About The Position

G42 Americas is a global artificial intelligence and technology group with its origins in Abu Dhabi, rapidly growing its presence in the US, Europe and other global markets. We are building a vertically integrated AI powerhouse with an ambition and a proposition on par with the world's leading hyperscalers, spanning AI data centers, hyperscale AI cloud infrastructure and frontier AI applications. At the core of that ambition is a simple idea: G42 is building the world's AI token factory and AI agent factory, the industrial-scale infrastructure that produces intelligence, and the platforms that turn that intelligence into agents and applications reshaping how governments, enterprises and society work. The Principal Business Development Executive - US AI Labs & AI Natives will originate and develop commercial partnerships and revenue opportunities with US frontier AI labs and AI-native companies. You will serve as a relationship owner and deal architect for capacity, co-sell, platform and joint go-to-market opportunities, converting ecosystem relationships into measurable commercial outcomes. This is a senior individual contributor role with defined-market ownership and no people-management or executive-leadership mandate. G42 Americas is headquartered in Bellevue, Washington. We are in the formative stage of building the company, its operating rhythms and culture, and we value meaningful time together in person. The role will require comfort operating across the US and other global markets as G42 Americas scales its AI infrastructure platform and commercial presence. We are open to candidates located anywhere across the West Coast.

Requirements

8-12 years in business development, strategic partnerships, alliances or complex enterprise commercial roles.
Experience originating and progressing opportunities with AI, cloud, infrastructure or high-growth technology customers.
Track record contributing to complex commercial negotiations and cross-functional pursuits.
Credibility with founders, technical leaders, partnership teams and senior commercial stakeholders.
Candidates must have demonstrated experience in AI infrastructure, including GPUs, accelerated computing, and related ecosystems.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

Build and execute a targeted business-development plan for priority US AI labs and AI-native companies.
Originate relationships with partnerships, business development, infrastructure, product, procurement, finance and technical stakeholders.
Identify and qualify opportunities involving GPU capacity, AI infrastructure, inference, marketplace, co-sell and joint go-to-market motions.
Convert relationships into qualified pipeline and defined commercial pursuits.
Shape commercial propositions and support negotiation of capacity and partnership agreements.
Balance revenue potential, capacity, risk, customer bankability and strategic value.
Coordinate sales, pre-sales, finance, legal, product and operations through opportunity progression.
Track market developments, partner requirements, risks, commitments and next steps through disciplined governance.
