If this sounds like you, this could be the perfect opportunity to join EPAM as a Principal Business Consultant in one of EPAM's primary locations in the US, Minnesota. In this role, you will engage with clients in a leadership role to drive enterprise transformation programs forward. This includes aligning the client’s organizational strategy to a proposed program of work, orchestrating client and EPAM teams to ensure client success, and contributing to EPAM’s growth by supporting EPAM’s world-class engineering teams to make the transformation ‘real’. You will also serve as a key leader in the expansion and growth of our Business Consulting team and will work closely with the Transformation and Program Management team and broader consulting practices across EPAM. Expectations include defining transformation strategies and related programs, articulating KPIs for program success, supporting governance and change management efforts, communicating and earning trust with client leadership and executive sponsors, working closely with key EPAM delivery leads on optimizing proposed project workstreams and creating reporting structures to monitor successful value realization over time. In addition to client service and delivery, the Principal is expected to make significant contributions in both business and practice development. A critical component of this role is to partner with EPAM’s Practices including Software Delivery, Product Development / Engineering, Design, and Business Consulting to successfully engage and create a plan to address our clients’ business challenges.

Requirements

• More than fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in an established consulting firm environment. A blend of consulting and industry is also acceptable.
• Recent experience must include leading digital and transformative programs, communications strategies, and cross-discipline problem-solving
• More than ten (10) years of providing solutions and program management in support of technology-driven transformations
• Proven ability to operate independently at client locations. We are lean and rapidly growing-we need experienced consulting leaders who can take charge while also engaging in production activities
• Proven ability to enter accounts at early stages and grow them into multiple work streams with multiple buyers/sponsors
• Strong understanding of digital commerce and content systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and influencer skills
• Skilled at analyzing complex business issues with the ability to effectively communicate these issues to clients
• Able to anticipate and identify risks and drive action to mitigate and resolve issues as they occur
• Executive-level communication skills are required
• Proven capability to build teams and develop careers
• Strong analytical skills
• Proven record of building effective teams-recruiting and retention is critical
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Ability to work in an ever-changing high-growth environment

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic engagements, delivering billable client work planning, selecting, and optimizing solutions for our clients
• Lead business development and demand generation activities
• Demonstrate superior presentation, organization, project leadership, and meeting facilitation skills
• Lead, model, and support the evolution of differentiated transformation and program management methods, tools, and approaches.
• As a Principal Consultant, you will help to define EPAM’s go-to market value proposition for solutions. This includes interfacing with other senior leadership to craft other related offerings
• Support sales and pre-sales activities by assessing opportunities, designing solutions, developing proposals, establishing relationships with clients and prospective clients, and helping to close new deals
