Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is seeking a Principal Business Compensation Analyst to join their team. This role is designed as 'Hybrid' with an expectation of working an average of two days per week from an HPE office, preferably in Houston, TX. The analyst will be responsible for planning, designing, developing, analyzing, communicating, and implementing Total Rewards strategies and programs that align with HPE’s business and HR priorities. This includes consulting with business and HR leaders to create compensation solutions, analyzing market data, modeling reward program changes, monitoring legal and regulatory requirements, and integrating compensation programs with other HR processes like performance and talent management.
