Principal Business Analyst, Portfolio Management

Mission Lane
$118,000 - $135,000Remote

About The Position

Mission Lane is combining the power of data, technology, and exceptional service to pave a clear way forward for millions of people on the path to financial success. By attracting top talent and leveraging cutting-edge technology, we’re enabling people to unlock real financial progress. We're looking for a Principal Business Analyst to shape how we manage credit for our existing customers, reporting to the Senior Director, Portfolio Management. The impact you'll make: For a lot of our customers, getting their Mission Lane credit card is the first step toward building their credit. But what comes next is where the real progress happens: earning a higher credit line or a better rate, or qualifying for a second card. As a Principal Business Analyst, you design the strategy that decides who's ready for that next step, and what it should look like. The skill is building criteria that read how someone's managed what they already have, then account for how a change like that would ripple through the rest of their account. Get that right, and more people keep moving forward toward their goals. Mission Lane is still young, but we've landed in an exciting, stable stretch of maturation. We're still building but we've already got a solid foundation. There's never been a better time to learn and grow right along with us.
