About The Position

Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity. Serve as the systems lead for Hardware integration, PDR activities, and certification deliverables for Anthem hardware, LRUs, and panels along with Aircraft integration and installation across Business, Regional, and General Aviation (BRGA) programs. In this customer-facing role, you will lead the integration of hardware modules, coordinate cross-functional engineering teams, and act as the liaison between Honeywell and customer contacts. You will contribute throughout the program development lifecycle and lead high-impact growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.
  • Bachelors or Masters in Electric/Electronics/Computers/Aerospace Engineering
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience working various application areas supporting avionics functions

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in systems development, A/C installation and Systems/HW integration on target platform.
  • Expertise with integration various sub systems and modules on SITS bench by working with cross functional team.
  • Possess good understanding of all Aircraft systems functions and more importantly the ability to interact with our customers (internal and external).

Responsibilities

  • Strong knowledge of HW systems, Aircraft integration and Aircraft installation of various LRUs and sub system
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements, implement integration solutions and generate target builds
  • Serve as a technical leader for HW systems and A/C installation on Anthem programs, internally with the leadership team, and externally supporting customers, suppliers, regulators, and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Leads HW and installation IPT for Anthem Systems applications team and be responsible for managing all technical aspects, planning, cost, schedule for a designated IPT
  • Strong knowledge of RTCA DO-160 qualification, airworthiness verification and compliance activities.
  • Lead coordination with product groups and customer focals and be a liaison to the customers by owning the technical solution of the program.
