About The Position

You will join Deutsche Bank’s global Group Audit Data team, collaborating with stakeholders across business and infrastructure functions to strengthen trust in how data is governed and managed. You will support audits covering data management and records management, including governance, data quality and control frameworks. Working in a supportive and inclusive environment, you will help teams understand data risks, share practical insights, and contribute to continuous improvement across the Bank.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of Data Management frameworks (governance, data quality, metadata, lineage and records management) and how they operate in practice
• Experience assessing control design and supporting evaluation of control effectiveness across data processes, systems and end-to-end data flows
• Ability to analyze data lineage and transformations, identifying risks related to completeness, accuracy and traceability
• Proven relevant experience, including contributing to audit or structured reviews, working with cross-functional stakeholders in regulated environments, and supporting end-to-end audit delivery
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimize workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the effectiveness of controls across data management and records management using the Group Audit methodology
• Complete data capability assessments, continuous monitoring and planned audits
• Prepare and coordinate audit assignments and stakeholder engagements
• Draft and track audit findings through to closure validation
• Collaborate with stakeholders across governance, data quality and data lifecycle processes
• Support reporting and tracking of data and records risks
