About The Position

As a Principal Attorney, Process Automation at Honeywell, you will serve as a senior legal advisor to the Process Automation business, managing a portfolio of complex commercial transactions across the oil and gas, chemicals, mining, pulp and paper, and power industries. You will negotiate and draft technology agreements and service agreements, while advising leadership on regulatory and policy compliance, and emerging technology risks. Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in at least one state.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial transactions, with a focus on technology and service agreements.
• Experience in the oil and gas, chemicals, mining, pulp and paper, or power industries.
• Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
• Excellent understanding of regulatory and policy compliance.
• Familiarity with emerging technology risks.
