About The Position

Leads the creation of a long-term strategic roadmap for the architecture of all IT systems. This role involves participating as a top-level technical expert in leading multiple consulting projects or a single large/complex project, ensuring the success of enterprise-level application rollouts. The position also requires writing senior position papers, leading executive briefings, and taking a leadership role in cross-functional enterprise architecture programs and change efforts. Assisting with mergers and acquisitions by leading the integration is also a key responsibility. The role facilitates the establishment and implementation of standards and guidelines for technology solutions, including architecting and implementing solutions that integrate multiple platforms, operating systems, and applications across the enterprise. The architect will align IT strategy and planning with the company's business goals, drive the creation and implementation of the long-term strategic roadmap for all IT systems architecture, and seamlessly integrate business and service strategies into the enterprise architecture roadmap. Collaboration with business and technology subject-matter experts to translate business requirements into technological solutions is essential. The role provides technical leadership across the enterprise on large-scale projects and initiatives, advocates for the enterprise's business and IT strategies, and analyzes industry, technology, and market trends for potential impacts. It also involves analyzing the current business and IT environment to identify deficiencies and recommend improvements, driving the implementation of new enterprise policies, processes, and guidelines, and consulting with program/project teams to ensure solutions align with the architecture. Finally, the role defines organizational requirements for resources, structural, and cultural changes to support the Enterprise Architecture team.

Requirements

  • Has significant experience in system development and has developed a broad and deep expertise in software, hardware, data and technology across multiple platforms.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10+ Years of experience
