About The Position

Ashby is seeking an Analyst Relations Lead to manage their global analyst relations program. This role is not traditional and requires the individual to become a product expert, build strong relationships, and have a sharp instinct for engagement opportunities. The lead will work closely with Product Marketing (PMM) and have executive leadership buy-in to refine the product narrative for key firms at the right time. The position involves developing strategic AR programs, cultivating influencer advocacy, integrating analyst insights into product strategy, leading analyst engagements, and representing Ashby at industry events, including their flagship conference, Ashby One.

Requirements

  • Experience as a journalist or PR lead is a plus.
  • Love building relationships and attending events.
  • Ability to influence outcomes and shape perception with no ego.
  • Value critical thinking and forming thoughts through writing.
  • Obsessed with details; experience with briefing documents and RFIs.
  • Ability to write briefing documents and end-to-end ownership of AR program facets.
  • Ability to step back and think from first principles, rather than relying heavily on existing playbooks.
  • Curiosity and adaptability are critical skills.
  • Ability to work with autonomy; be proactive and resourceful.
  • Good judgment and perception.
  • Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Strategic AR Programs: execute high-impact AR programs tailored to increase brand awareness and buyer preference.
  • Cultivate Influencer Advocacy: partner with key analysts to ensure they understand Ashby's direction and product roadmap, securing leadership in research reports.
  • Internal Strategic Integration: collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to integrate analyst insights into our product strategy, narratives, and marketing materials.
  • Lead Analyst Engagements: manage the end-to-end process for briefings, inquiries, and major analyst firm events.
  • Represent Ashby and lead analyst strategy at events: you’ll lead our briefing strategy at key industry conferences, partnering closely with PMM to develop our narrative cadence. You’ll also lead and evolve our analyst strategy at our flagship conference, Ashby One.
