About The Position

Toppan Merrill is hiring its first AI-dedicated Product Owner for Quinn, a cloud-based platform used by law firms, investment banks, and public companies to draft, review, and file SEC documents. The role leads product discovery and execution for Quinn’s AI capabilities, translating the broader product strategy into validated solutions and prioritized delivery. The Product Owner partners with engineering, legal, security, sales, customers, and senior stakeholders to develop practical AI solutions for high-stakes financial disclosure workflows. The position owns and prioritizes the Quinn AI backlog, maintains its roadmap and release priorities, and defines measurable success criteria. It leads customer and design-partner discovery, turns insights into product decisions and development opportunities, and distinguishes problems suited to AI from those better served by conventional product capabilities or workflow changes. It also defines feature scope, acceptance standards, evaluation frameworks, quality thresholds, and responsible handling of customer content, while ensuring alignment with security, compliance, privacy, and governance requirements. In the first 90 days, the role is expected to establish structured product discovery and begin work with design partners; take ownership of the backlog and priorities; publish pilot scope, success metrics, and acceptance criteria; build stakeholder partnerships; and establish quality standards and decision-making frameworks for AI features. The position offers a competitive annual base pay range of $140,000–$195,000, with actual pay varying based on factors including experience, achievement, business needs, and location.
