Requirements

• Expert-level backend development experience with Java, Python (Spring Boot, Fast API, multithreading, messaging)
• Proven experience building cost-effective agentic AI solutions and frameworks.
• Solid knowledge of container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proven experience building services on public and private cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, OCP.
• Experience architecting solutions leveraging OpenTelemetry, vector and graph databases.
• Creative and analytical thinker who is self-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience with ElasticSearch, Neo4j, ClickHouse.
• Prior experience working in a major financial institution.
• Prior experience managing a team of senior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable architectures for agentic AI applications, distributed services, MCPs, APIs, and data-intensive workloads.
• Build production-grade backend services, orchestration frameworks, and reusable platform components.
• Build resilient event-driven big data processing framework and efficient query layer.
• Engineer effective context layer from structured and unstructured data for agentic AI workloads.
• Own service integrations, ensuring reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data and AI requirements, provide technical solutions.
• Manage deployment and configuration of services, including DR.
