About The Position

Atlas Technica is the premier Managed Service Provider (MSP) for the alternative investment industry, powering the technology behind leading hedge funds, private equity firms, and family offices. The company is evolving into the industry’s first Managed Intelligence Provider (MIP), architecting the secure "factory floor" for institutional alpha generation. The AI & Advisory practice focuses on architecting secure blueprints and complex agentic frameworks for elite investment teams to operate at the frontier of GenAI. They are scaling a product lane centered on Intelligent Workflow Design, a tiered, institutional offering to rewire fundamental research and investment operations. The mission is to find a Principal, Agentic Strategy & Solutions to architect and pilot the client-facing advisory business. This is a strategic player-coach role for an elite practitioner who wants to build the future of high finance. The role involves leading client enablement, designing multi-agent systems for client ROI, and eventually hiring and leading a specialized pod of 2-3 AI consultants to ensure a sharp global delivery model.

Requirements

7+ years of experience within a global consultancy (e.g., EY, Deloitte, Accenture, McKinsey, BCG) in a client-facing, engagement-leadership role.
Daily practitioner of LLMs and orchestration frameworks.
Understanding of the capital markets, including the language of PMs, Research Analysts, and CCOs, and the fundamental research process.
Ability to demystify complex AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders while maintaining technical credibility.
Thrives in a high-velocity environment where technology changes rapidly.
Believes in shipping quickly over achieving perfection.

Responsibilities

Architect the Atlas "Agentic Workflow Training" series as a repeatable, institutional product.
Develop and maintain proprietary Pattern Libraries for complex fund strategies, including Long/Short Equity, Macro/Multi-Strat, and Credit & Private Markets.
Define the "Basic" vs "Advanced" AI Factory playbooks.
Design sophisticated system prompts and multi-agent workflows.
Utilize Claude, ChatGPT, etc., in the "workbench" to ship production-ready patterns.
Establish robust evaluation harnesses to measure agent performance, hallucination risk, and research depth.
Lead high-stakes design sprints for C-suite stakeholders at $10B+ AUM funds.
Partner with Sales and CTMs to translate client needs into scoped, high-value consulting engagements.
Serve as the firm-wide "Internal Coach" for prompt and agent fluency, creating playbooks for engineering teams.
Contribute to R&D on "AI Defense," focusing on prompt safety and governance patterns for SEC and FINRA-regulated environments.
