About The Position

The Principal Account Executive will own a focused portfolio of AI-native and digital-native customers, originating and progressing GPU, compute, inference and platform opportunities. You will build relationships with founders, CTOs, infrastructure leaders, procurement and finance stakeholders, converting technical demand into commercially sound, scalable customer engagements. This is a senior individual contributor role with substantial account and pursuit ownership and no people-management responsibility. G42 Americas is part of G42, a global artificial intelligence and technology group building the infrastructure that powers the next generation of AI. Our business spans hyperscale AI cloud infrastructure, AI data centers, and frontier AI applications, helping governments and enterprises unlock the full potential of artificial intelligence. The role will require comfort operating across the US and other global markets as G42 Americas scales its AI infrastructure platform and commercial presence. We are open to candidates located anywhere across the West Coast.

Requirements

8-12 years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic accounts or business development across AI, cloud, infrastructure, SaaS or developer platforms.
Track record creating and closing complex new-logo opportunities.
Commercial and technical fluency across GPU infrastructure, cloud, inference, data and platform requirements.
Experience engaging senior commercial and technical stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

Build account plans for priority AI-native and digital-native companies, including stakeholder maps, workload hypotheses, engagement priorities and growth pathways.
Position G42 Americas as a preferred compute and AI infrastructure platform for fast-moving technical customers.
Create new-logo pipeline through direct outreach, ecosystem relationships, venture and accelerator networks and targeted industry engagement.
Qualify opportunities across workload, GPU scale, architecture, capacity timing, commercial viability and customer bankability.
Lead pursuits from discovery through proposal, commercial structuring, negotiation and close.
Develop expansion plans covering additional capacity, managed services, inference, token-based offerings and joint go-to-market opportunities.
Coordinate pre-sales, product, engineering, finance, legal, Deal Desk and operations to progress opportunities responsibly.
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, account actions, risks and decision milestones.
