About The Position

This role involves preparing and mixing paint, spraying 3D pieces, and maintaining spray equipment and the booth. The position requires understanding spray application techniques, coating concepts, and maintaining quality standards. Troubleshooting equipment, material, and techniques is also a key part of the role. The shift is a straight overnight from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a night shift premium of $2.00/hour and an environment premium of $1.00/hour.

Requirements

• Respirator use may be required; clean-shaven in seal areas is necessary
• Ability to recognize and match colors accurately
• Capability to lift up to 30lbs. or more and move carts heavy carts as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain workflow
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Takes ownership of and committed to continuous improvement
• Well organized, a methodical approach to tasks, high degree of accuracy with a focus on details.

• Prepare & mix Paint
• Spray 3D pieces
• Maintain and clean spray guns, pumps and booth daily
• Understand different spray application techniques and coating concepts
• Inspecting for and maintaining quality standards
• Troubleshooting equipment, material, and techniques
• Perform other duties as assigned
