About The Position
KeyStone Center, located in Chester, Pennsylvania, offers substance use disorder and dual diagnosis treatment for adults. The facility is conveniently located five miles south of the Philadelphia Airport, making it accessible for out-of-state treatment options and visitors. The Primary Therapist is responsible for monitoring and delivering high quality services to dually diagnosed/chemically dependent patients. KeyStone offers comprehensive benefits for this position. Requirements
- A Master’s level mental health professional (with a degree in a related mental health discipline from an accredited college)
- One years full-time experience in a chemical /sexual dependency treatment setting
Responsibilities
- Coordination of the full continuum of care
- Assessment and documentation of clinical needs
- Implementing and delivering individual, group and educational services
- The provision of a safe and therapeutic milieu
- Crisis intervention and full participation with the multidisciplinary team toward meeting a patient's treatment plan objectives
- Discharge planning and referrals to community resources required
