About The Position

Requirements

LCSW-C, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC, CSC-AD, or CAC-AD required.

Responsibilities

Play an integral part in a patient’s treatment experience by providing support to them and their families
Support patients throughout their treatment process
Maintain a caseload of approximately 10 patients (Community Living Treatment, PHP, and IOP levels of care)
Participate in MARC’s Family Recovery Program (FRP), to include co-leading bi-weekly family education support groups on a rotation with other clinical team members and occasionally participate in the intensive therapeutic family weekends which are held every 6-8 weeks
Run both process and structured therapeutic groups
Work collaboratively to both seek guidance on cases and provide guidance to other team members
Be an active member of an interdisciplinary team
Conduct urinalysis drug tests with patients
Documentation and communication of patient progress (progress notes, email, verbal conversations) with internal staff
Documentation and communication of patient progress with referral source and outpatient provider(s)
Participate in clinical on-call rotation
Run evening groups as assigned
