About The Position

Evolve Treatment Centers is looking for a Primary Therapist to join our team at our newly opened PHP/IOP facility in Elk Grove, CA! This is a full-time, onsite position. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about working with adolescents to join our team and grow with us. The ideal candidate is flexible, dedicated, knows how to take initiative, maintains appropriate boundaries, and stays calm in stressful situations. Requirements

• LMFT/LCSW/LPCC or associates ACSW/AMFT/APCC
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Exceptional clinical judgment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain a reasonable caseload (including individual and family sessions)
• Complete all necessary documentation on time in EMR
• Facilitate weekly therapy groups, including DBT Groups
• Attend weekly Treatment Team meetings and present cases to clinical team
• Complete Biopsychosocial Assessments upon admission
• Coordinate after-care with parents and Discharge Coordinator
