About The Position

PCHC is seeking a Primary Care Team Registered Nurse (RN) to work embedded in the clinic, side-by-side with providers and care teams to deliver connected, patient-centered care. This is a dayside role with no nights or weekends, offering a balance between meaningful work and personal life. The role involves practicing at the top of the RN license in an innovative care model focused on improving access, removing barriers, and creating a seamless patient experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment and wants to make a real impact daily.

Requirements

Must be a Registered Nurse with unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Maine, or the ability to achieve licensure in the State of Maine within a year of date of hire.
Having a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and/or an appropriate length of driving experience for insurance purposes is required.
Will have up-to-date training and certification in Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Health & Safety Institute. Must obtain within 2 weeks if not current at hire.

Nice To Haves

At least 3 years’ nursing experience in inpatient, home health or hospice, and/or primary care practice experience preferred.
Previous experience working within a large, complex, multi-stakeholder environment preferred.
