FT M-F 8am - 430pm No Nights, Weekends or Holidays! RN KS and MO (compact) required BLS Required Primary Care experience preferred. In a clinic setting, this role involves providing telephone triage, managing patient flow, and coordinating patient care. Responsibilities include scheduling emergent appointments, identifying patient and family learning needs, offering advice and recommendations, administering medications via intravenous access, and performing other assigned duties based on clinic needs. The role also requires delegating tasks to clinical staff according to competencies and scope of practice, serving as a subject matter expert for patient education, assessment, interpretation, and documentation, entering admission orders as directed by a provider, and managing expired samples. The position demands the ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously, with excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor at all times. The role may also involve covering Medical Assistant, LPN, or other office duties as needed.

Requirements

  • 1 year Applicable Experience
  • Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross
  • Registered Nurse (KS) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)
  • Registered Nurse (MO) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)
  • Associate Degree

  • Primary Care experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Enter admission orders as directed by provider.
  • Manage expired samples.
  • Provide excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor at all times.
  • May cover Medical Assistant, LPN, or other office duties as needed.
