About The Position

We’re hiring a Primary Care Physician in Mobile, Alabama who wants outpatient balance, strong income potential, and the opportunity to serve with purpose. You’ll step into an outpatient role focused on comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages. There’s no inpatient responsibility and no call, thanks to an in-house hospitalist program. You’ll have dedicated administrative time and strong team support so you can focus on patient care. This role offers a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule or a 4-day workweek option, with no call responsibilities as it is fully covered by hospitalists. The patient volume is managed at 18–20 patients per day for a sustainable workload, and dedicated administrative time is built into the schedule. The position utilizes the Ocean Epic EMR system.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Enjoy caring for patients across the lifespan
• Comfortable managing chronic and acute conditions in an outpatient setting
• Value team-based care and long-term community impact
