About The Position

A well-established healthcare organization is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician for an outpatient primary care role in Palm Coast, Florida. This position offers a flexible schedule with a strong focus on work-life balance. The role is strictly outpatient with no weekend requirements and limited call responsibilities handled via telephone only. Both new graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active or eligible for Florida medical license

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Deliver preventive care and wellness services
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Participate in care coordination and follow-up as needed
