About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) in Fleming Island, Florida. This is a full-time outpatient primary care opportunity where the physician will provide comprehensive care for acute and chronic medical conditions, build long-term patient relationships in an established outpatient practice, and collaborate with an experienced clinical team focused on quality outcomes and continuity of care. The practice is retention-driven with organized workflows and strong operational support.

Requirements

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine REQUIRED
• Active Florida Medical License or Eligibility REQUIRED
• Prior Outpatient Primary Care Experience REQUIRED
• Comfortable Managing 18-22 Patients Per Day
• Strong Commitment to Quality, Patient-Centered Care
• Excellent Communication and Team Collaboration Skills
