Full-Time Physician - Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
About The Position
This is a standard outpatient primary care role. The patient base is 95% ages 18 and up. If the new provider would like to expand the pediatric patient population, the practice is happy to accommodate that. Duties of the role include, but are not limited to: - patient evaluations - physical assessments - patient education - chronic disease management - preventative medicine - medication management - specialist referrals The clinic has on-site x-ray, phlebotomy, and lab services. Providers see an average of 18 to 24 patients per day, with dedicated support staff. The practice uses the Epic EHR.
Requirements
- Connecticut medical license
- DEA
- Board Certified / Eligible, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
