Mass General Brigham Medical Group is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join our growing Primary Care practice in Rochester, New Hampshire. Requirements

MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Eligible for New Hampshire medical licensure (Maine license preferred)
Passion for collaborative, patient-centered care

Responsibilities

Provide full-spectrum Family Medicine, including preventive care, chronic disease management, acute visits, wellness exams, and transitional care.
Opportunity to develop a pediatric focus while caring for patients across the lifespan.
Four clinical days per week.
No routine provider call; after-hours call is managed through the Mass General Brigham After Hours Call Program.
Work alongside an experienced physician and advanced practice provider.
Supported by embedded Behavioral Health, Social Work, Care Management, Diabetes Education, Medication Access Coordinators, Virtual Clinical Support, and dedicated RN and MA support.
