This is a value-based care model focused on quality outcomes, preventive medicine, and delivering an exceptional patient experience to Medicare populations. POSITION OVERVIEW The Primary Care Physician provides comprehensive outpatient care within a team-based, value-driven environment. Physicians are supported by dedicated care teams including scribes and medical assistants, allowing focus on patient outcomes rather than volume-based metrics. Requirements

MD or DO required
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Active, unrestricted state medical license required
Active DEA license required
US work authorization required
Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment

Nice To Haves

Experience in geriatric care preferred
Experience in value-based care preferred
Outpatient primary care experience preferred
Bilingual skills a plus (not required)
