Requirements

Active and unrestricted medical license or willingness to obtain a license in the practicing state OR have an active Area of Critical Need license in Florida.
At least 3 years of experience in outpatient primary care.

Nice To Haves

Additional training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide primary care to patients.
Manage a small patient panel.
Work in a 100% outpatient setting.
Collaborate with a Health Services Team, Regional Physician Coach & Clinical Performance Coach, Pharmacy Team, and Operations Management.
Utilize provided administrative, financial, and technological resources.
Use Dashboards & Quality Metrics and Decision Support Tools.
Participate in Collaborative Forums.
