This is a full-time outpatient opportunity within a physician-led, value-based care model focused on senior populations, prevention, and long-term patient relationships. POSITION OVERVIEW The Primary Care Physician manages a defined patient panel while leading a multidisciplinary care team in a collaborative outpatient setting focused on outcomes, quality, and patient engagement. Requirements

  • MD or DO required
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty required
  • Active Missouri medical license or ability to obtain required
  • Active DEA license required
  • BLS certification required within 90 days of employment
  • Strong interest in value-based care and population health required
  • Ability to manage patient panels and drive clinical outcomes
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in primary care, geriatrics, or internal medicine preferred
