This is a full-time outpatient opportunity within a physician-led, value-based care model focused on senior populations, prevention, and long-term patient relationships. POSITION OVERVIEW The Primary Care Physician manages a defined patient panel while leading a multidisciplinary care team in a collaborative outpatient setting focused on outcomes, quality, and patient engagement. Requirements

MD or DO required
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty required
Active Missouri medical license or ability to obtain required
Active DEA license required
BLS certification required within 90 days of employment
Strong interest in value-based care and population health required
Ability to manage patient panels and drive clinical outcomes
Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills required
