About The Position

We provide care to Seniors 65+ years old. Physicians practice at the top of their licenses, complete charting during office hours, and have a life outside of the office. They have the freedom to provide the kind of care that you would want your grandparents to receive. Our goal is to provide a concierge level of service for Seniors who do not have access nor can afford such a high level of care. This is a Primary Care - outpatient role within a Value Based Care model.

Requirements

• BC IM/FM
• Computer savvy
• No current cases/ no impairment or sexual assault charges or anti-kickback violations or fraud.
• No issue with Medicare.
• Residents welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to Seniors 65+ years old.
• Practice at the top of their licenses.
• Complete charting during office hours.
• Provide a concierge level of service for Seniors.
• Participate in a Value Based Care model.
• See an average of 10-13 patients per day.
• Participate in a 1:8 weeks call schedule.
