About The Position

Join a respected, primary care practice that has served the Phoenix community for nearly 50 years. The physician will provide comprehensive outpatient care, including preventive medicine and the management of acute and chronic conditions, with a strong emphasis on quality outcomes and coordinated care under a value-based framework.

Requirements

• Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Eligible for an unrestricted Arizona medical license

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care, including preventive medicine and the management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Focus on quality outcomes and coordinated care under a value-based framework.
