About The Position
At NIVA Health, the company is expanding its services to include Primary Care within its innovative wellness clinics. This is a unique opportunity for a physician who desires to practice medicine with a focus on patient relationships, trust, continuity, and clinical integrity, free from the administrative burdens of running a solo practice. Primary Care is considered the foundation of their services. The role offers the chance to help shape a new care model and contribute to the growth of Primary Care at NIVA, while keeping the focus firmly on patients and practice.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active medical license in the state of Michigan
- Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care

Responsibilities
- Deliver holistic, patient-centered care — preventive, acute, and chronic
- Build strong, ongoing relationships with patients within an established and growing clinic
- Work alongside a collaborative, multidisciplinary team including Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, and clinic leadership
- Contribute to shaping the patient experience and clinical processes for this new service line
- Focus on quality of care, continuity, and thoughtful medicine — not rushed volume
- Participate in a profit-sharing program, recognizing your role in the clinic’s long-term growth
