About The Position

OnePlus Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and highly skilled Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) who is Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine to provide exceptional, patient-centered care to our growing community. We are looking for a physician who is passionate about preventative medicine, chronic disease management, and building lasting relationships with patients. Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Active, unrestricted Florida medical license
  • Current DEA registration with Schedule II-V authority
  • Minimum of one year of clinical experience in adult, family medicine, primary care, or geriatric practice
  • Current BLS certification

Nice To Haves

  • Experience caring for Medicare Advantage populations
  • Knowledge of HEDIS quality measures and Risk Adjustment (HCC) documentation
  • Experience using electronic medical records (EMR)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.
  • Perform complete patient evaluations, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Promote health education, wellness, and preventive care to improve long-term patient outcomes.
  • Coordinate patient care with specialists, hospitals, ancillary providers, and interdisciplinary care teams.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Review laboratory and diagnostic results and communicate findings with patients in a timely manner.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical meetings, and value-based care programs, including HEDIS, Medicare Advantage, and Risk Adjustment initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and organizational clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster strong patient relationships through compassionate communication and continuity of care.
