Our independent Critical Access Hospital operates four rural health clinics across three counties in the Eastern Upper Peninsula of Michigan. The practices are supported by LPNs, Medical Assistants, on-site referral coordinators, on-site Chronic Care coordinators, remote psychiatrist consultations, and a leadership team ready to help you be successful in your efforts to assist your patients in reaching their health and wellness goals.
