Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA designation preferred.
7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
Experience with financial software and reporting tools; proficiency in Excel is a must!
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships across the organization.
Demonstrated ability to lead a team, inspire others, and drive accountability.
A proactive mindset and the ability to think critically and strategically to solve problems.
