About The Position

Legacy Health is recruiting an Outpatient Physician for our Clark County Primary Care Clinics, located in and around Vancouver, Washington. Providers in this clinic include physicians and advanced practitioners, all of whom have been a part of Legacy for several years. Our primary care providers are supported by individually assigned MAs as well as care teams that can include panel coordinators, social workers, RN case managers, behavioral health clinicians and pharmacists. This is a 100% outpatient clinical practice with unmatched Epic/EHR support through our unique Super Thrive Program. The role involves working in collaboration with a team of providers and offers opportunities in rural health clinics to qualify for a special location stipend.

Requirements

  • MD or DO
  • Graduate of a four-year medical school or equivalent and completed internal or family medicine residency
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in internal or family medicine
  • Current Oregon state medical license and DEA certificate
  • Unrestricted Oregon medical license
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing clinical history
  • Providing the physical examination
  • Diagnosing and treating both chronic and episodic disorders
