A highly reputable outpatient primary care/value-based care group is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join its established team in Pembroke Pines, Florida. This opportunity is ideal for a physician looking for a predictable weekday schedule, manageable patient volume, strong clinical support, and competitive compensation in a well-supported outpatient setting.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain one
- Comfortable treating an adult and geriatric patient population
- Interest in outpatient and value-based care
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services, including: Preventive and wellness care, Chronic disease management, Routine examinations, Medication management, Care coordination, Management of common acute and chronic conditions
