About The Position

Munson Healthcare is offering a fantastic full-time job opportunity for a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join the exceptional practice at Roscommon Community Health Center in Roscommon, Michigan. The ideal candidate will be joining a team of experienced, friendly, and highly motivated healthcare providers, clinicians, and support staff who are dedicated to delivering excellent care to their patients and community. The clinic offers Behavioral Health, Physical Therapy, Resource Coordination, and Lab services at this location. The position includes 36 hours of direct patient care per week, with a Monday – Friday schedule from 7 am to 5 pm. Call coverage is rotated among 16 providers for 5 practices.

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board eligible/certified for internal or family medicine practice
• Licensed to practice in the State of Michigan
• Proficient with EHR Oracle Health
• Must be vaccinated or have lab-confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella.
• Must receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year that they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a primary care setting.
• Experience with Behavioral Health, Physical Therapy, Resource Coordination, and Lab services.
• Experience with 1:1 MA Support.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for 36 hours per week.
• Participate in rotated call coverage for 5 practices, shared amongst 16 providers.
• Deliver excellent care to patients and the community.
