Requirements

• Active and unrestricted medical license or willingness to obtain a license in the practicing state OR have an active Area of Critical Need license in Florida.
• At least 3 years of experience in outpatient primary care.

Nice To Haves

• Additional training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred.
• Experience in value-based care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary care services within a small patient panel.
• Collaborate with a Health Services Team, Regional Physician Coach, Clinical Performance Coach, and Pharmacy Team.
• Utilize administrative, financial, and technological resources provided by the company.
• Participate in Collaborative Forums and utilize Operations Management Dashboards & Quality Metrics.
• Leverage Decision Support Tools for patient care.
