This job posting is for current Residents / Fellows completing their training in 2026 or 2027 who are interested in any of our offices based in the San Francisco / Bay Area. One Medical is transforming healthcare, and we're looking for dedicated primary care physicians to join us right out of residency. You'll practice in a supportive, tech-enabled environment where you can build lasting patient relationships and deliver high-quality care. Requirements

Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family, Internal Medicine, or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
Must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident, or have completed a Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam
State licensed in CA, obtained before your One Medical start date

Responsibilities

Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues
