About The Position

Well-established clinic seeks a primary care physician to focus on geriatric medicine. The practice is committed to helping seniors lead healthier, happier lives through superior medical care. In addition to primary care, the clinic also provides preventative medicine, nutritional services, and chronic disease management. This is an outpatient-only position with no inpatient responsibilities. The office operates Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. Call coverage is shared and phone-based only. The group will consider physicians trained in Family Practice or Internal Medicine. Compensation includes a generous salary, incentives, benefits, CME/vacation/relocation assistance, retirement plan, malpractice insurance, and much more. The location offers easy access to Birmingham and surrounding cities.

Requirements

• Physician trained in Family Practice or Internal Medicine.
• Ability to see 15-18 patients per day.
• Willingness to focus on geriatric medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care focused on geriatric medicine.
