This is a casual employee role (per diem, hourly clinician) with an anticipated average of 8-20 patient care hours per week, varying by office needs. The role involves seeing patients across multiple offices in Atlanta, GA, including The Battery clinic, and requires flexibility to work at various One Medical clinic locations in the Greater Atlanta area.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of primary care experience required.
• Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Georgia.
• The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups.
• Can thrive in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes.
• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.

Responsibilities

• Seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role).
• Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits.
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams.
• Utilization of specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states.
