About The Position

Advanced Medical Solutions Inc. (AMS) is seeking experienced Primary Care Paramedics (PCPs) to support healthcare and emergency response services at a remote industrial site. In this role, you will be a key member of the on-site safety and medical team, ensuring rapid response to medical incidents and supporting overall site health and safety. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in an industrial setting while working in a structured rotation that supports work-life balance.

Requirements

  • Primary Care Paramedic License in good standing in Canada
  • Experience as a Primary Care Paramedic
  • Strong assessment and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to obtain required site clearances

Responsibilities

  • Provide immediate emergency response and pre-hospital care within your scope of practice
  • Assess and manage workplace injuries and medical incidents
  • Support occupational health services, including first aid treatment and injury documentation
  • Assist with medical standby for high-risk work activities
  • Maintain medical supplies, equipment, and readiness of response areas
  • Complete accurate patient care reports and site documentation
  • Collaborate with safety teams and other site personnel
  • Participate in drills, safety meetings, and emergency preparedness initiatives
