About The Position

Saint Luke’s Physician Group in Kansas City, MO is seeking BC/BE family or internal medicine physicians to join one of our established outpatient group practices located throughout the Kansas City metro area. This is a 100% outpatient practice with a flexible schedule designed to support work-life balance, including 32 patient-facing hours and one dedicated administrative day each week. You will join a collaborative, team-based environment with strong support from experienced physicians, advanced practice providers, and specialty care teams across the organization. Enjoy a highly supportive clinical environment with dedicated nurses, medical assistants, schedulers, and an onsite practice manager, allowing you to focus on delivering outstanding patient care. The position includes a shared call rotation with home call only and access to a fully integrated Epic EMR platform, enhanced by DAX Copilot AI technology to streamline documentation and improve efficiency. Requirements

BC/BE family or internal medicine physicians.
Successfully completed or in the process of completing an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Residency program.
Eligible for MO and KS medical licenses.
Less than 1 year of applicable experience.
Doctorate Degree.
