About The Position
As a Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) at St. Joseph VNA Home Care, you’ll deliver one-on-one, high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their homes. Using advanced technology and your clinical expertise, you’ll assess, plan and manage individualized care that promotes healing and independence. Requirements
- Graduate of an approved Nursing education program, BSN preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice.
- Minimum of one (1) year professional nursing experience.
- Strong computer and technology skills required.
- Current Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to consistently demonstrate commitment to the mission and Organizational Code of Ethics, and adhere to the Compliance Program.
Nice To Haves
- Home healthcare experience preferred.
