About The Position

AllCare.ai delivers coordinated, in-facility care (Primary Care, Psychiatry, Podiatry, Diagnostics, Wound Care, CCM) with a 24/7 concierge. Our platform automates charting and compliance so you can focus on high-quality senior care. We’re seeking Primary Care NPs to provide on-site care to Assisted Living/RCFE residents across our partner communities. This role offers steady, predictable patient volume and the opportunity to deliver high-quality care directly where seniors live.

Requirements

• Active CA NP & RN licenses
• Active furnishing license
• NPI, DEA, BLS
• EMR proficiency
• Fluent in Korean and English (required)

Nice To Haves

• Geriatrics or facility-based experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Routine & urgent assessments; chronic disease management
• Post-discharge follow-ups, med reconciliation, labs/diagnostics
• Coordinate with facility staff, specialists, families/POAs
• Same-day documentation; CMS/regulatory compliance

Benefits

• Annual compensation range: $140,000–$160,000 (based on experience, schedule, and patient volume)
