Requirements

• Must be licensed to practice as a Certified Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner and have a Certificate to Prescribe in the State of Ohio.
• Must have at least two years of relevant professional experience working as an Advanced Practice Practitioner
• Must be able to provide cardio pulmonary resuscitation.
• Must be able to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing, with a variety of audiences, and willing to represent the organization within the medical/health-care community.
• Must be proficient and accurate in computer use, including Microsoft Office suite.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to provide Trauma Informed Care.
• Interest and ability to care for individuals with developmental disorders including autism, intellectual disabilities, Down syndrome, Cerebral Palsy and traumatic brain injury.

Responsibilities

• Play a meaningful role in ensuring that Boundless Health goals and objectives are achieved in the primary care environment.
• Ensure all medical services are compliant with legal and licensure requirements and professional medical standards are met or exceeded.
