About The Position
Rome Health is seeking an experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its established team in Camden, New York. The position works alongside an experienced team in a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on clinical excellence and high-quality care. Rome Health provides care to residents of the City of Rome and surrounding rural communities in Oneida County. Its health system includes 130 acute care beds, an 80-bed skilled nursing facility, four primary care clinics, specialty practices, and outpatient services. The organization is affiliated with St. Joseph's Health in Syracuse and is expanding access to primary care services.
Requirements
- Experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
